Coaching & Guidance
Most people who find their way to me are somewhere in the middle of something. A transition that is not going the way they expected. A sense that the life they have built does not quite match the person they are becoming. A body that has been trying to tell them something they have not had time to hear. If any of that sounds familiar, you are in the right place.
Transformative Coaching
One-on-one sessions for people navigating transitions, stuck patterns, and the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
This is the kind of work that starts with a question you might not have fully articulated yet. Something is shifting — or needs to — and the usual strategies are not working any more. In these sessions, we slow down enough to look at what is actually happening beneath the surface: the patterns you keep repeating, the stories that feel too true to question, the parts of yourself you have been keeping small.
I do not have a formula. What I have is a willingness to sit with you in the complexity of your life and help you find your own way through. Sometimes that means asking uncomfortable questions. Sometimes it means noticing what you keep not saying. Always, it means taking you seriously.
People come to this work for all kinds of reasons: career changes that feel like identity crises, relationships that have outgrown their original shape, burnout that will not shift no matter how many weekends off they take, a creeping sense that they have been performing a version of themselves that was never quite real. Whatever brought you here, we start where you are.
Integrative Wellness Guidance
Understanding what your body has been trying to tell you, and learning to listen.
After years in clinical practice, one thing became clear to me: the body does not lie. It holds the tension you swallow, the grief you postpone, the relentless pace you maintain because slowing down feels like giving up. These sessions are where we explore that connection — not to diagnose or treat, but to help you understand the conversation happening between your physical state and your emotional landscape.
This is not about fixing what is wrong. It is about developing a different relationship with yourself — one where you notice the early signals instead of waiting for the crisis, where you build rhythms that actually sustain you rather than just keep you going. I draw on my clinical training to bring a grounded, body-literate perspective to this work, but the focus is on you as a whole person, not a collection of symptoms.
This approach is particularly valuable for people who sense their physical health is tangled up with something deeper — stress that has settled into the body, exhaustion that sleep does not resolve, a persistent feeling of being out of alignment with their own life.
Workshops & Speaking
Group experiences that create space for honest conversation about change, resilience, and wholeness.
Some conversations happen better in a room with other people. My workshops and presentations bring the themes I write and coach about into a group setting — not as a lecture, but as a shared exploration. I find that when people realise they are not the only ones carrying a particular kind of weight, something shifts.
Topics include navigating life transitions, understanding the body-mind connection, building sustainable wellbeing practices, and what I call "embracing the whole spectrum" — learning to value every part of your experience rather than editing it down to what feels safe or acceptable.
I work with organisations, community groups, and health teams. If you are interested in bringing this work to your people, get in touch and we can talk about what would be most useful.
Not sure where to start?
That is completely normal. The first step is a short, informal conversation — no commitment, no pressure. We talk about where you are, what you are looking for, and whether my approach feels like the right fit. If it does, we go from there. If it does not, I will tell you honestly.
